Halloween Disco

Save the date for this spooktacular school disco in the school hall.
We don’t want any child to miss out on having fun at the disco so tickets will be on sold on a Pay What You Can basis via Parentmail. The suggested donation is £2.50/ticket (see below for instructions).
Please note children must be accompanied by an adult who will also need a ticket
To run this event we will need lots of volunteers. If helpful you could share a shift with another carer. If you are able, please sign up to help at this link: https://signup.com/go/PSNaFHL.
We would be grateful for any donations of baked good to sell at the disco. Please drop off on the day of the disco if you are able with some information on ingredients.
We hope to have some hot dogs/pizza on sale at the discos along with some bags of vegetarian sweets.
How to buy tickets via Parentmail
- To find the ticket sales sign into your Parentmail account and go to “Payments“.
- You can then scroll to the bottom of the page to find a link to “Shop“.
- The disco tickets should be listed under Events for each child.
- Click on the link and you will see an option to buy tickets for the discos.
- We have set the default cost of the tickets as free so, if you click complete at this stage you receive an email confirmation the tickets have been bought.
- If you are able to, there is an option to add a donation with the tickets before you click complete. The suggested amount is £2.50 per ticket.
