Over 4,000 shops and sites, such as Argos, eBay, John Lewis, M&S, Sainsburys, and many more, will donate a small referral commission to Friends of Larkrise for FREE when you use access their online shop through easyfundraising.
Subscribing to the following programmes is an easy way for you to raise funds for the Friends of Larkrise every time you shop on affiliated websites online, at no additional cost to you.
These donations really add up and all you have to do is use easyfundraising when you’re ordering the things you would buy anyway.
To get started, go to the FOL easyfundraising site and register. Part of the registration process involves installing a plugin for your Chrome browser. Then each time you go to an eligible shopping site (e.g., Sainsburys), Chrome will ask you if you want to enable easyfundraising donations on that site today, you select “OK”, and that’s all you need to do to ensure the referral commission will go to FOL.
Amazon has a referral commission system too, called Amazon Smile. The Friends of Larkrise has already registered with Amazon Smile as a charity. To direct your Smile donations to FOL, follow the instructions here.
Then, when making a purchase from Amazon, use the smile.amazon.co.uk website (instead of www.amazon.co.uk), and the donation will automatically go to FOL.
Roundups is an app that links with your card to round up all of your transactions and donate pennies as you spend. You can set a weekly cap and pause donations at any time.
