DESCRIPTION:Join us at the Larkrise Primary School Summer Fair \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWe are looking forward to a fun event\, the bouncy castle and BBQ is booked\, stalls are being prepped\, and the amazing line up of music and dance is at the bottom of this page. There will be lots of fun activities\, hot food\, frozen treats and cakes available as well as a bar for refreshments. \n\n\n\nVolunteering at the event: please consider helping out during the event for an hour if you can. Without enough volunteers we will have to greatly scale back our plans.  \n\n\n\n\nIf you are able to please use this link to sign up to help\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nEnter the Raffle \n\n\n\nBuy tickets online for a chance to win fabulous prizes in the Larkfest raffle (drawn at 6pm on July 4). \n\n\n\n\nBuy Raffle Tickets Online\n\n\n\n\nDonations for  the event: \n\n\n\n\nWe’ll be running a nearly new kids clothes sale and will need donations from the school community. Please bring your donations to the school on the day of Larkfest (4th July). \n\n\n\nJam jars filled with “treasure” from the bottom of the toy box e.g. spares left over from party bags\, few bits of lego\, kinder egg loot\, a few stickers etc. These will be used in a lucky dip. We have used these in our previous events and they have been very popular.\n\n\n\nCakes or baked goods\, sweet or savoury\, shop bought or homemade. No nuts please. Please provide a list of ingredients for homemade bakes.\n\n\n\nDo you have a cool box we could borrow for the afternoon? SUMMARY:Larkrise Camp Out 2025
DESCRIPTION:We are very excited about our Larkrise Camp Out on Friday the 6th June. We have decided to ask for a suggested donation of up to £25 to pitch a tent. You can book a place online and vary the amount you donate. Tents can be pitched from 6pm on Friday 6th June.  \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nWe ask that you bring food from home to eat in the evening or arrange for a takeaway evening meal. We kindly request no BBQs. We will light the Larkrise Camp Fire at 7pm and we will provide hot chocolate for the children before bed. All children need to be accompanied by their parents/carers to this event and we ask that children only share tents with their family members.  \n\n\n\nWe will use the adventure room toilets and there will be drinking water available. It might also be a good idea to bring some snacks for the morning.

DESCRIPTION:Come along to this year’s Larkmas Winter Fair! \n\n\n\nFamily\, friends and members of the wider community are all welcome to join us on Friday 13th December from 3.30pm until 5.30pm. \n\n\n\nWe have lots of exciting activities planned including:• A carousel• Musical performances and carols• Raffle• Games and activities• Class stalls• Hot and cold food and drinks\, including mulled juice and wine (bring your own cup) \n\n\n\nIf you’re planning to join us\, please wrap up warm and bring a torch! \n\n\n\nPayment Tokens \n\n\n\nLarkmas entry is free\, and as in previous years payment for stalls and activities will be via 50p tokens\, which can be purchased in advance via our website or in person from the school office in the week leading up to the event (more details to follow). Payment tokens will also be available to purchase on the day\, although we recommend advance purchase to avoid queues. \n\n\n\nIf you have tokens left over from Larkfest\, these are also valid so do bring them along. \n\n\n\nAll funds raised will go to Friends of Larkrise to support the school and its pupils. \n\n\n\nYou can help on the day by signing up to volunteer.  \n\n\n\nYou can donate jars filled with unwanted small party bag toys\, lego bits\, stickers\, etc to for treasure jars  \n\n\n\nWe also welcome donations of baked goods on the day

DESCRIPTION:We will be hosting two Spooktastic Halloween Discos on Thursday 24th October 2024. \n\n\n\nTickets come with a suggested donation of £2.50 each (or more if you’re able) and can be bought via the links below. All children and adults attending should buy a ticket in advance as the discos are likely to sell out and we will need to keep within the hall capacity. \n\n\n\nThere will be a disco with music in the main hall\, and we will run a quiet craft zone in the Library for those who prefer a more chilled out vibe. \n\n\n\nAll money raised will go to Friends of Larkrise\, and there will be hot food available to buy.\n\n\n\nCan you help?\n\n\n\nIf you are able to help out with set-up\, during a disco or with clear up please sign up to volunteer here: https://signup.com/mobileweb/2.0/vspot.html?activitykey=57330376029#choose_jobs_page (you could team up with another family to share a shift/childcare) \n\n\n\nCake donations to sell at the disco would be greatly appreciated. This is to ensure that numbers do not go over the capacity of the school hall. \n\n\n\nThere are 200 tickets available\, and they are limited to 2 per family (you may be able to swap with other families if you have multiple children in different years). \n\n\n\nBook your tickets here. \n\n\n\nThe Upper School Disco will happen between 5:30 pm and 7:00 pm \n\n\n\nThis disco will be for children in Year 3 and above. You can arrange your team in advance if you wish\, however there is no need to do this as we will also be making teams up on the night\, a great way to meet new people in our school community.    \n\n\n\nPlease note this event is for adults to attend. DESCRIPTION:We need your help to get ready for our Larkmas winter fair event\, which will be from 3.30 – 6pm on 16th Dec. We will review if rain is forecast but are keeping our fingers crossed for dry weather! \n\n\n\nSchool Streets will be operational at school pick up time as usual so please walk\, scoot or cycle to the event. If you do need to drive please park considerately away from Boundary Brook Road.  \n\n\n\nWe really hope that everyone will enjoy the event. DESCRIPTION:Early Years & Year 2 4:15-5:15 \n\n\n\nYears 3-6 5:30-7pm \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSave the date for this spooktacular school disco in the school hall. \n\n\n\nWe don’t want any child to miss out on having fun at the disco so tickets will be on sold on a Pay What You Can basis via Parentmail. The suggested donation is £2.50/ticket (see below for instructions). \n\n\n\nPlease note children must be accompanied by an adult who will also need a ticket \n\n\n\nTo run this event we will need lots of volunteers. If helpful you could share a shift with another carer. If you are able\, please sign up to help at this link: https://signup.com/go/PSNaFHL. \n\n\n\nWe would be grateful for any donations of baked good to sell at the disco.
